Prototype Delivery Policy
Exactly how the 48-hour commitment works, when the clock starts, and what happens if anything gets in the way.
1. The commitment
We deliver your prototype within 48 consecutive hours — weekends and public holidays included — once all of these start conditions are met:
- your payment has been verified with our payment provider;
- you have submitted the required project brief; and
- we have received any essential assets we explicitly asked for before starting (by default, none — we use sample content where yours is missing).
Your exact deadline, in Indian Standard Time, is shown on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
2. When our studio is fully booked
We limit how many prototypes are in production at once so every commitment is realistic. If we’re at capacity when you check out, we tell you before you pay. You can then choose to join the queue: your 48-hour window starts when your production slot opens, and we email you the exact deadline at that moment. You can cancel a queued order for a full refund before your slot opens. We may also pause new orders temporarily rather than accept a commitment we can’t keep.
3. If your brief is missing something essential
We review every brief promptly. If something essential is missing or unclear, we contact you straight away and explain what we need. We never silently pause, restart or move your deadline: any change is confirmed to you in writing, with the new deadline.
4. What delivery means
We deliver a private link to a visual or clickable preview of your prototype, as described in your order. Your prototype includes 1 consolidated revision round: send all your feedback together and we’ll update the prototype once, confirming the turnaround when we receive your feedback.
5. If we miss the deadline
If we miss your confirmed deadline for reasons within our control, you can choose a full refund of the prototype fee, or let us finish and deliver as soon as possible — it’s your choice. Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or by waiting for information you’ve been asked for, aren’t counted against the deadline.
6. Test orders
Orders placed while the site shows “Test mode” use simulated payments, are not real purchases, and are not scheduled for delivery.
