1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the AMPION configurator and when you order a prototype from Ampion Labs. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Prototype Delivery Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Scope and Change Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Estimates are not quotations

The complete-project figures shown in the configurator are indicative estimates calculated from your answers using our published rates and method. They exclude third-party costs. The price of a complete project is confirmed only in a written quotation that you accept.

3. The prototype

A prototype costs ₹999. It is a tailored, real deliverable — not a consultation or a template — but it is not a finished product.

A website prototype includes: one tailored homepage or landing-page design direction; responsive presentation for desktop and mobile; relevant sample copy and content structure; one agreed primary conversion goal, such as enquiry, booking or product discovery; a visual preview you can inspect; one consolidated revision round.

A business app prototype includes: one tailored business application concept; a clickable prototype of your primary workflow; up to five key screens for that workflow; sample data to demonstrate the experience; a visual preview showing how the workflow operates; one consolidated revision round.

Unless agreed separately in writing, a prototype does not include: a production-ready backend; live business data or data migration; production integrations; production payment processing; a complete, deployed website or application; a native ios or android app; unlimited revisions; third-party subscriptions, hosting, domain registration or usage fees.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed only when we have verified your payment with our payment provider. You’ll see your order reference and delivery deadline on the confirmation page. We never charge the complete-project amount during prototype checkout.

5. Prototype credit

If you accept a complete-project quotation within 30 calendar days of prototype delivery, the prototype fee is deducted once, in full, from the complete-project price. The credit can’t be applied twice, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used after a refund of the prototype fee.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your brief and tell us promptly if something changes.
• Only provide content, logos and materials you have the right to use, and let us use them to build your prototype.
• Don’t use our services for anything unlawful.

7. Ownership and use of work

You keep all rights in the content and materials you provide. The prototype is provided for your evaluation and you may share it within your organisation. If you buy a complete project and pay for it in full, ownership of the custom work created for that project transfers to you as set out in your quotation. Third-party, open-source and pre-existing Ampion components remain under their own licences, which we grant or pass through to you as needed to use the work. We won’t publish your brief or prototype as a case study without your permission.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

We’ll do our work with care and skill, but we can’t guarantee business results such as enquiries, sales, rankings or savings.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a prototype order is limited to the amount you paid for that prototype, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. [Liability wording to be confirmed by legal adviser.]

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
