Scope and Change Policy
How the complete-project price is confirmed, and what happens when requirements change.
1. From estimate to quotation
Your configurator estimate is calculated from your answers using our published rate card (pricing version 2026-10-16.v1). After your prototype, we confirm the complete-project scope and price in a written quotation. Work on the complete project begins only after you accept it.
2. When the prototype reveals something new
If the prototype shows that your requirements differ materially from the brief — for example more workflows, screens, integrations or pages — we send a revised quotation, explaining what changed and why, for your approval before starting the complete project. Nothing is added to your bill without your written agreement.
3. Changes during a complete project
Change requests after a quotation is accepted are priced using the same rate card as your quotation, shown to you in writing, and started only once you approve them. Small adjustments within the agreed scope don’t count as changes.
4. What we count
- Page: A distinct standard page in the site's navigation, such as Home, About, Services or Contact. Product and article pages generated from a catalogue or CMS are not counted as pages.
- Workflow: One end-to-end business process with its own steps and statuses, for example: raise a purchase request → approve → order → receive.
- Screen: One distinct view in the app: a dashboard, list, form, detail page or report. Create and edit versions of the same form count once.
- User role: A type of user with its own permissions and navigation, for example Admin, Staff or Manager.
- Integration: A defined data exchange with one external system that has a documented API or connector, such as Zoho, Tally or Google Sheets.
- Automation: One rule-based action or scheduled job that runs without a person, for example creating a reorder request when stock runs low.
5. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, subscriptions, API usage and payment gateway fees are paid directly to those providers and are never included unless your quotation says so.
